Magic: Their team has been pretty well gutted and only piece that has been replaced is Hedo-Vince. Lost a lot of size and a lot of depth on their bench.

jameer's backup is anthony johnson, he's ok i guess, but he's pretty old already.. vs'c backup is redick, who still has to prove himself (maybe this is the year, who knows?).. pietrus's backup is jeremy richardson, who??? reashard's backup is anderson, he's ok, but he's just a less athletic version of rashard.. and dwight's backup is gone..

how can you say they have "a lot of depth"? lol..

it's gonna be a disappointing season for the magic in 2010..

I think you misunderstood his post because he said they lost a lot of size AND a lot of depth on their bench. Never said that they did have a lot of depth on their bench, although one might disagree with that though.

PP did look gassed in the playoffs even against Chicago let's not kid ourselves. Limiting minutes should be a huge priority for the C's this year, forget seedings...

"We have a lot of interest in Baby, and we have the ability to match. "We like Big Baby a lot, and we have every intention of keeping him." One NBA source believes that Boston's pursuit of Wallace may affect their ability to sign Davis. The belief is that if the Celtics land the former Piston, one of Wallace's suitors will make a sizable offer to Davis. San Antonio, Orlando and Memphis are believed to have interest in Davis.

GREAT move for Boston IMO.

Why? KG is coming off his first major injury + he's hit the 1000 games played mark, where bigs tend to decline fast.

Sheed is in major decline...but they only need insurance. Someone to play 20 good mins / not 42 great mins...and let KG get a lot of rest.

boston haters forget the main factor motivation sheed was bored playing at detroit he will play better this year KG will have a full year rest I don't buy that 1000 game decline ray allen will continue to hit the 3s rondo is only getting better the only think that he needs some shooting I bet he is working it right now. Pierce is going to be the leader of 2008 Perkins is a hard worker and a beast down low and getting Grant Hill you have a very good backup for Pierce they are over 30 all of them but they are pretty athletic.

I hate this "rich get richer" bull**** that's going on this off-season. I hope the Celtics and Spurs' collective legs finally rot off... Sheed doesn't belong in Celtic green and it will creep me out all season.

This offseason sucks. I hate all of these teams. And the Lakers situation just make me wanna puke with rage.
