    Dose ID 2003 have a draft lottery in it?

    Or dose the team with the worst record just get the first pick. If they dont have the lottery in the game they should put it in ID 2004 fo sho.

      It probably has it. But I since I don't own it, I don't know for sure.

              They have one but it doesn't shot the lottery, just goes straight to the order. I simulated a season with the Warriors and had the worst record in the NBA by a long shot and only got the 3rd pick.
