    2003 Draft Sleepers

Everyone knows that James, Anthony, Milicic, Bosh, Kaman, and Ford are the top 6 picks, but what about these guys no one is talking about.
    1. Jarvis Hayes (UGA)
    2. Troy Bell (BC)
    3. Ruben Douglas (UNM)
    4. Marvin Stone (UL)
    5. Travis Watson (UVA)
These guys had strong seasons/ careers but now they left out to dry.

So who are everyone else's top 5 draft sleepers.

What about someone like Kendrick Perkins, did he ever declare? He was a Top 15 pick, and now is a late 1st or early 2nd round pick. Charles Villanueva is another high school kid, that will be picked later and could develop down the road. I don't think Troy Bell will be a sleeper, I just don't think he'll be able to create his own shot in the NBA. One more guy that might go as the last pick is the freshman from MSU Lorbeck. He could turn into a Okur type player...

Hayes isnt a Sleeper, he's projected to go mid lottery lol.

            My Sleepers:
            Reece Gaines PG/SG
            Josh Howard SG
            Brian Cook PF
            Anderson Varejao PF
James Lang C(if he drops alot of weight)

I posted Hayes as a sleeper because that incident gave alot more players from other schools that extra exposure they may have needed. Did he continue to play afterwards to keep his game up? possibly not, but we dont know. Had it not been for that incident we may could have UGA face SYRACUSE in the NCAA championship and watch 3 players from UGA go between 4-30 including Hayes.

all im saying is that if UGA had been in the SWEET 16 or better Hayes would go better than projected.

ok, I can understand that, UGA would have probally done very well in the tourney and Hayes would have gotten alot of exposure.

I think Jarvis Hayes and Reece Gaines are sleepers. They are lottery picks, but don't get much talk. They both could be very good players with the size. And internationally Sofo and Barbosa.

I dont know, i just dont see lottery picks as being sleepers. The majority of the lottery players turn out good.
