Would any of you use a play editor for nba games?

I ask this because I was just checking out my nba media guide from a few years ago and they show a few diff. plays for each team.

I think it'd be cool if games incorpated this.

Would any of you actually make your own plays?

It's more for the die harders. Most gaming companies probably wouldnt incorpate this. but it's just a thought.

I can't diagram my playing style.

It's a good idea if the players would execute them correctly and defenses reacted accordingly.

basicially what i meant to say is, youre basciailly controlling all the players on your team in a way.

You could tell your PF to stand at the top of the key and not move the whole 24 seconds of the play, and to ONLY crash the boards when a shot is taken.

I'd love that type of freedom for plays.

Yeah, I think it's a great idea and I would definitely use it. The defensive AI has to be good enough though for it to work. There can't be any money plays or the concept is undermined by it. I think a game like ID 2003 has the best chance of pulling off something like this.
