You put him on the Cavs and I guarantee CLE gets a ring.

It's clear the guy isn't a leader or a number one/two option. He's a perfect third wheel. He's shown before that he's perfectly content to play that role [SA and GS].

GS was a mess last year..

Only if he came off the bench and became a consistent two way player. Jackson actually has great potential to do so.

OK, we will give them Monte and Jackson for King James.

Players who are 31 yrs old no longer have potential. Quite simply, they are who they are and once their physical skills deteriorate it's up to them to take the ego hit and accept it.

He was a more than capable defender with the Pacers & Spurs, he just wasn't asked to play much D in GS because of the system (although he did lock up Dirk a couple games).

If he goes to a team where like GSW said, isn't in the top 2-3 options then he could spend more of his effort on the defensive side of the ball.

I will admit, I was a fan when he first got here. But last year, just too many issues for not being a game-changing player. I really was not that surprised to read this when it came out. Just surprised about the source and situation that he choose to share it.

LOL at the bitter GS fans.

I understand though, you guys had a fun team to watch for a few years but after things went sour I understand that you don't want to be stuck with a guy like Jax and that contract.

However with him basically saying he wants to win, to me that says his head is right and that he wants to concentrate on balling only.

CLE hasn't had a decent 2 guard since LBJ came into the league. I shudder to think of how good CLE can be if they ever got a player like Jackson. Especially if a guy like Jax is focused. He'd compliment James perfectly.

Jax has at least 3 years left in him assuming he stays hungry. IMO playing on a tight knit team like CLE is a perfect fit for him. They're like the BD/Richardson Warriors but just on a more elite level. I mean in terms of fun and playing loose. He'd have all the open threes in the world and wouldn't get backed down by opposing 2 guards.

I'm kind of with Ex on this one. I think Jax going to Cleveland would be better than all of their other acquisitions this summer by a long shot.

                          Williams
                          Jax
                          Lebron
                          Andy
                          Shaq
                          Bench-Moon, Parker, West, Z

Come on. That team is ridiculous. If you don't think Lebron can win with that squad, you just don't think he can win. That's almost 100 points from your starters right off the bat.

He also knows our rotations well and credits Mike Brown for helping him develop in San An. It would be a great fit, but it's all wishful thinking at this point.

Never say never, but I have no idea how Ferry could possibly pull this off.

The only thing I don't like about Jax going to Clev is the fact that he's not an efficient scorer. He needs the ball and you know King James will dominate the ball.

LBJ, Jax, and Shaq on 1 team. That's a lot of egos.

he doesnt need the ball... he only played liek that in our jungle ball system.

                                you wouldnt understand man.
