Is Jason Kidd overrated and why?

Who think Kobe is the next Jordan?

Will LeBron James make a bigger impact than Jordan as a
    rookie?

Who is the best team player in NBA history?

What was the best trade in NBA history? And why?

Who is the best playr who has come out of high school
    including LeBron?

Is Collison the next Kevin Mchale? Why or why not?

Who should be the Finals MVP?

Re: Just some NBA questions that I want answered.

Who do you think the best white basketball player in history is?
    Larry Bird

Who is the best player in history and explain why?
Michael Jordan, 6 titles, most ppg, most everything.

Who is the best player ever taken in the NBA draft name the top 10.And why?
michael jordan. he's the best player ever and he was taken in the draft.

Is Jason Kidd overrated and why?
no, the nets wouldn't be in the finals without him, you can't overrate that.

Who think Kobe is the next Jordan?
no, there is no next jordan, because there probably won't be another situation where a guard carries a team without an all star PF or C on the same team. until a PG or SG does that, people will always say "________ only won because he had a goto guy down low"(which kobe definitely has in Shaq)

Will LeBron James make a bigger impact than Jordan as a
    rookie?

no, i don't know the exact numbers, but Jordan put up some ridiculous stuff in his first year, it won't be matched anytime soon, not by lebron, not by anyone else.

Who is the best team player in NBA history?

michael jordan because he made ever other player on his team better. he knew when to take the shot and when to give it to steve kerr to hit it. any guy that single handidly wins games does more for his team than anyone else can.

What was the best trade in NBA history? And why?

um....kobe bryant for elden campbell? otis thorpe for darko? dirk nowitzki for whoever? ben wallace for grant hill? i don't really know, there;s a lot of interesting ones.

Who is the best playr who has come out of high school
    including LeBron?

how can you include lebron? he may be the best high school player in a long while, but this is about the nba, so he's nothing as far as the nba is concerned. but Garnett is the best, most dominant player to skip college with Moses & Kobe behind(TMac may well end up a top this list, but not yet)

Is Collison the next Kevin Mchale? Why or why not?

no, this is a little ridiculous.

Who should be the Finals MVP?

manu ginobli, i didn't see him hit a jump shot all series......did you really think anyone would pick someone besides Duncan?

Who has done the most for the NBA in there whole
    career?

dr. j. he changed the dunk unlike anybody else and that is the most anybody has ever done. jordan changed the way SGs are viewed, but dr. j changed the way people played the game and changed the image of the league.

Re: Just some NBA questions that I want answered.

I'll take a stab at some of these:
Yes the Nba was better in 1996 and the constant expansion of the nba is a bad decision which is reducing the overall quantity of the product.

Best White bball player in history (all-time means the future and we can't tell the future) is Larry Bird, he made up for his lack of athletisim with hard work, hustle, a supreme knowledge of the sport and an amazing shooting stroke. A true winner if ever there was one.

Best player is history - Wilt Chambelin, simly did more to change the sport then anyone no named Naismith, i true athletic "freak of nature" 7 footer who could run with speed of an olympian and jump like a high-jumper, best player ever.
Jordan has to get a mention but imo Wilt was the more domianant of the two.

Jason Kidd is not overated or underated he is deservedly labelled the best pg in the league at the moment because that is what he is. An awesome talent who can do it all and truely pull his teams to victories by his mere presence and the confidence he instills in others.

Kobe is the first Kobe, not the second coming of Jordan. All players are unique in some ways and should be regarded as such. All i will say is that there are definite similarities in some aspects of their games.

LeBron will not make anywhere near the impact MJ did as a rookie. MJ averaged more than 28 ppg in his rookie year, don't expect LeBron to even come close to that. Mello will more than likely win ROTY but LeBron (as well as Darko and Mello) will all be future nba stars.

Best team in nba history is the Boston Celtics of the late 50's, early 60's. Other great teams include the 71-72 LA Lakers who won 33 consecutive games. The Lakers and Celtics teams of the 80's were also amazing teams as were the Bulls teams of the late 90's and most recently the Lakers recent 3 ring run was a pretty impressive team (the first one was the best though).

The best player ever to come straight out of hs was Moses Malone who was drafted by the ABA - he's an absolute legend and one of the 50th greatest of all time.

Collison will be a similar player to McHale (hardnosed rebounder with decent scoring ability and an above average jump shot for his size) but he'll never be in the same league as McHale.

Tim Duncan should be (and will be) the finals MVP.

No other player has increased the profile of the nba as much as Michael Jordan. MJ WAS the nba in the 90's and took it's popularity to all new heigths.

These are just my opinions feel free to disagree.

I forgot to add John Stockton is the best team player of all-time. He is the all-time leader in assists, never misses games through injury and is a true professional in all aspects of the sport. Plus he was the master of cheapshots that got the opposition angry and off their game.
