                                Do the people saying this is no big deal even understand bipolar disorder? Somebody with bipolar disorder carrying 3 guns including a shotgun on his back and cutting off cops is not no big deal. The guy easily could have done something even crazier than that.

                                            I don't know why anyone expected this to be a felony. PG Police is probably the most laziest police force in the Country so im not surprised it's a misdeamenor. And no it's not because he's an athlete but it's because...PG literally doesn't give a **** about stuff like this.

                                            Now, if this would've occured anywhere county in MD outside of PG, then there probably be a better chance they would go after a felony.

                                                I don't think a truer statement could be said. I grew up and lived in PG and have the same feelings.

                                                    Wouldn't this be a prosecuting/district attorny problem not a police force problem? Just saying.
