I doubt they show any game footage. It'll probably just be jokes with the players, like the Ray Lewis Madden commercials.

"I'm Charles Rogers, I had 63 catches and 13 touchdowns!"
Fun Fact: Every Tom Izzo recruiting class has played in a Final Four.

they have to use live until 2005-2006 it was something I seen in a magazine along time ago and if I cam find the mag I will type the exert and let yall know . But now since sega sports is affiliated with espn then by next year you will probably be seeing 2k games intergrated with the nba draft. But that dosent make any sense cause through out the year epsn used 2k games for the espn high lights and stuff like that and tnt used nba Live.

Re: I turn to the ESPN draft special and....

I think some of this logic is wrong. VC shouldn't have to market Sega products on the games they make. Sega markets Sega products, and Sega does have money. Sega should just get a new marketing strategy, because they should have learned from the mistakes last year they made. Not only did they wait too long to do a commercial, but they were pretty weak, and didn't really display the 2k series strengths.

EA milked the highlights as one should, like showing Dr. J taking off from the freethrow line, but didn't let you know that, that was a dunk you could do all game with a guy like Tmac, or Kobe.

Sega released, 2k3,2k3,2k3,2k3..I mean, c'mon man, that didn't hype me up. I'm sure people that never played the game were like, okay.

The only good one they had was the 2k2 commercial that they stole the idea from the Nike Jordan commercial that was in slow motion.

Sega really needs to improve on this aspect though, because word of mouth, and 2 crumby commercials are hardly the greatest marketing strategy.
