If this is true, Foxy better not open his mouth about anyone (Payton..Malone) being sell-outs. Zo is doing the same thing!

oh come on how can you compare mourning going to the nets to malone going to the lakers, mourning went to the nets to bring leadership in the paint and ofcourse pump up the confidence of those young guns. and with j-kidd runnuning the point, hell yeah ZO will definitely get better and his return would be an impact unlike he signs with some other point. but with the lakers signing malone and payton seems like it went "corny". ZO's impact is different then those laker bandwagons...

Zo went to the Nets for a few reasons

            - play with J. Kidd

            - easier road to the Finals (what idiot wouldn't want an easier road to the Finals?)

            - live close to Manhattan so he can constantly monitor his health with some of the best doctors in the US)

How can any of them be considered sell outs? All the debates about who is overpaid.
We need to be consistant in our arguements....how can you blast a guy for making crazy cash well above his market value and in the same breath knock someone who taking less cash than market value? The guys didn't need the money anymore and wanted to win, and don't preach about loyality because it doesn't exsist on either side.......
I can't say I care for any of the situations, teams or players involved other than Zo. To see him win a championship would rock. This was the man beast or beast from the east before Ben Wallace only with more polish and skill. This one is for you Foxy....

Mark Cuban was on The Ticket here in Dallas today. He said, when he left Miami, as far as he knew, Zo was going to be a Maverick, taking our 4.5 mil exception. After he got back, Zo's agent called Cuban and reiterated that Zo will be a Maverick on July 16th. A week or so later, Cuban get's a call from Zo's agent saying that Zo had some concerns about playing in the west especially with his illness. Zo thought that he would have an easier road to the finals by staying in the East. I understand where Zo is coming from that it's still some BS.
