I know it's no secret that the fans never get the voting right, but this might set a new low, especially if he makes it over players like Joe Johnson or Rajon Rondo.

You picked Iverson when Tracy McGrady is right there? Seriously? This is no different than the fans voting in Vince Carter, Grant Hill, or Alonzo Mourning when they were all out with injuries.

This game isnt about deserving or undeserving nor is it about "getting it right", thats what All-NBA teams are for. This game is for the fans and whoever they want to honor, whoever they like, and whoever they want to see play. It's an all-star game it has no bearing on anything and is completely inconsequential.

This game isnt about deserving or undeserving nor is it about "getting it right", thats what All-NBA teams are for. This game is for the fans and whoever they want to honor, whoever they like, and whoever they want to see play. It's an all-star game it has no bearing on anything and is completely inconsequential.

The difference is those guys were in their prime when they got voted in, between his injuries and his poor play, Iverson does NOT to deserve to even be mentioned.

Agreed. A T-Mac revenge tour in ASG form would be great... he was always one of the best guys for that game because he can do so many things on the court. Tim Grover said he's looking beastly in Chicago...

He said he'd decline the invite if he made it, but if he gets traded and is playing, I bet he'd take it. I want T-Mac back and playing well, he was always one of my favorite guys to watch.
