I was watching a bit of NEWSNIGHT with Aaron Brown and they had an attorney on from Colorado. Apparently they're trying to keep her identity as little known as possible. On the report the police used her abreviation. There also isn't any picture of her in the press so far.

All we hear about this case is that Kobe may have done this or may have done that. The supposed "victom" hasn't been mentioned about that much. You never know what could've happened behind those doors. Maybe the girl came onto Kobe and wanted some... I kept hearing about problems with here boyfriend. It seems to me that the girl had sex with him but Bryant didn't force her. I know Kobe should have known better and made a stupid move, but it seems like even if Kobe is proven innocent the damage has been done.
