Has any top player played with more all stars than Shaq?

    On different teams of course...

    Penny - Finals
    Kobe - Championship
    Wade - Championship
    Nash -
    Lebron - ?

That's is some nice list of players he's played with.

Shaq also played with Amare, Malone, Payton, and since he's technically an All Star, Z.

Excluding Horry and bench players who hobbled around the league and played on a bunch of different teams:

Pippen: MJ, Rodman, Hakeem, Barkley, Sheed, and Detlef Schrempf

Finley: Barkley, KJ, Cassell, Nash, Dirk, Jamison, Stackhouse, Toine, Devin Harris, Josh Howard, Duncan, Parker, and Manu

The 6' 7" shooting guard/small forward was originally drafted out of University of Wisconsin–Madison by the Phoenix Suns as the 21st overall pick of the 1995 NBA Draft.

          Shaq also played with

          Mitch Richmond
          Glen Rice
          Horace Grant
          Nick van Exel
          Christian Laettner
          Alonzo Mourning
          Steve Smith
          Antoine Walker
          Eddie Jones
          Grant Hill
          Mo Williams

All made atleast one all-star team.
As Shaquille O'Neal left the Suns practice court, he yelled out, "Alvin's the coach. We must be the Clippers. And I must be Olowokandi. Nooooo!"

Jason Kidd: Jamal Mashburn, Sam Cassell, Michael Finley, Cedric Ceballos, Kevin Johnson, Tom Gugliotta, Steve Nash (rookie), Antonio McDyess, Cliff Robinson, Danny Manning, Vince Carter, Dirk, Josh Howard, K-Mart, Zo (briefly), AC Green, Mutombo, Shawn Marion and I'm sure more, that's all I looked up and remember. A lot of those guys were one-hit-wonders though in the ASG if that counts.

No top player has been on as many teams as Shaq. Most superstars are with one, maybe two teams. He's been on five. I he was a lesser player, he's would almost be at journeymen status.
