the thing is...adultery is more of a MORALLY wrong, not LAWFULLY. there is a difference. Cheating is wrong by no means but there is a significant difference between "cheating" and "raping." he shouldnt have to do time for that. and plus im sure this is just another broad trying to get money and get famous off F*ckin up someone else life.

The "broad" won't get any money. The STATE is charging Kobe. Which means it CANT be settled out of court. Which sucks. Kobe may have to plea bargain....
