The Indianapolis Star is saying the Pacers will be recieving Danny Ferry's option from the Spurs. So the Pacers can either resign Ferry or let him go with no penalty. I imagine the Pacer's will let him go so they will have money to sign Reggie and still have a little cap room left.

CBS SportsLine is reporting that this 3-team deal is now official. The summary of the deal is what Gizmo has posted above, with the addition of Danny Ferry going to Indiana.
The Pacers are also rumored to take a shot at signing the Nets current backup PG Anthony Johnson with the extra cap space it can get when Ferry's contract comes off the books.
