Is this when they first came into the L? Or right now? I'll have to wait until I see Shaq this coming year. If his fat arse got into shape or not.

That's a tough question tho. The PG and the C positions are the 2 hardest positions to fill. There are a lot more PG's than C's tho. And you could arguably say that GP, Starbury, Franchise, and Baron are pretty close to Kidd's level. Not there, but close I said. I dunno, Shaq I guess.

I wouldn’t call him the BEST player in the league. He is the most physically dominating player, but he is not the best talent wise.

On to the original post, I would take J Kidd. Think a great point guard is more multidimensional than a great center. They have more opportunities to create on offense; they can score and distribute the ball, a center like Shaq has little usefulness offensively outside of their own scoring.

Well the lakers have been winning rings without a great PG. And the reason being is Shaq. No question I would take a healthy Shaq over a healthy Kidd, and if you disagree you might have a future job as the Knicks GM.
