    Or the Lakers-Kings series. There were many flops, but that's how you defend someone like that. Get proper position to take a charge. The proper offensive response would be to pull up for the short shot or recognize what you're doing and go around you... it's a cat and mouse game but with Shaq its more like elephant and mouse but defenders have too much pride to just take the hit and fall.

        To be fair, Shaq was just mauled during his prime. A lot of non calls along with fouls that would probably send smaller players to the training room.

        So let's not forget that.

          Shaq is still hard as hell to ref. The guy is so big that it's hard to say contact messes with his shot.

            Yeah, the funny thing is the main reason Shaq left LSU early was bc how much he was getting abused. He was clearly ready to play in the pros but I think he would've kept partying in college if he wasn't flagrantly fouled every time he touched the ball.
