Him most likely retiring is true, the Isiah part isn't. I heard they might have Kevin Pritchard take over, which would be a great swap for the Knicks.

But Isiah did talk to LeBron's people on Brain-Dead Dolan's behalf. That alone should tell you what a joke of an owner he is. Believe me, if Walsh leaves, Isiah will be part of the team in some unofficial capacity. For some strange reason, Dolan likes the guy, even though Isiah took a bad team(from Layden) and made it worse.
