2 inches makes a huge difference.
we moved into my current house about 3 years ago.. they already had a hoop in the driveway.. so lately while ive been playing.. my shooting has developed quite a bit.. ive gotten to a point where im making about 70% of my shots.. which for me.. im happy with.. (i rarely play anyone) anyways.. the other day.. i went and played a game at another basket and i bet i only made about 10% of my shots.. everything was comin off the front of the rim.. quite aggravating.... i then measured my basket at home and it was only 9'10".. i cant beleive how much of a difference it makes!Tags: None -

coming from you I thought this thread might have been something you meant to put in the Everything Else forum.
Yeah, you'll just need to get use to shooting on a 10 foot hoop, after a little practice it shouldn't make too much of a difference.Twitter:@Fetter21

Re: 2 inches makes a huge difference.
yea like fetter21 said, u just need to get used to a 10 ft goal and it wont make that much of a difference. i play on different size goals all the time because some courts near where i live are a lil low or high and plus, i purposely play on my goal at home higher than 10 ft. i have a good shooting percentage and i can adjust pretty quickly, no matter what height the goal is.

Re: 2 inches makes a huge difference.
2 inches makes pretty big difference for shooting like you experinced, but also on 9'10 I can throw down reverse dunks with ease but on 10 its harder I can still throw down on 10 foot just alot harder for me to pull of a reverse. By the way im like 6'2....-JoshComment
