Great players make a strong team around them. This is my argument against players, even all-stars, who come out of high school. None of them are leaders. Replace Duncan with Garnett on the Spurs and they wouldn't be winning any rings.

Yeah, I don't buy that either..While Tmac might talk like an ego maniac off the floor, he's a very unselfish player on the floor. He makes his teammates a lot better. Unfortunately for him, DeClerq, Garrity and Kemp aren't gonna do much anyways. My top 5;

3. Kobe

Since all we are doing is making predictions, id like to throw one in: Paul Pierce, and heres why: won more than TMAC (please dont use 'toine as an excuse)

the teams are pretty even, no one BIG off the bench and yet the celts went further.
I think that provided the right things happen (celts develop a running game, toine stays in the post and Bakers salary is dumped) the celts could be finals bound if they can beat New jersey
