That was great
Fights like Dan vs. Cuban make very entertaining television, just as scandals (Kobe vs. Colorado) make interesting television. In a way, the fight itself, and Dan wanting to confront Cuban in the first place for good ratings, proved Cuban's point.
We are now talking about Sportcenter because of the "fight" That seemed to be good for business, just as the Kobe legal problems are "good for business" - as messed up as it is, it is the sad reality.

I too agree with Cuban's point. Patrick kept wanting to bring the rape charge but it was obvious that Cuban's statement had nothing to do with the rape--it was purely a business related argument. That's why Cuban's a gazillionaire and patrick is a news anchor.
