He definetly quiet the chatter for now! hopeful he can stay consistent and give at least 20 per til boozer gets back...

            Definitely not surprising.

I'm sorry, but you might have the worst team in the league.

Splitter looked good in limited minutes. He already looks like the Spurs best bigman on PnR defense.

Also it's early, but Jefferson looks way better than last year.

Nope. The Raptors are going to be better than a lot of people think. Reggie Evans had 19 boards. 10 offensive. Kleiza is solid (might be as good as Bosh for Toronto).

The Raptors will come close to .500 if Barbosa scores off the bench. If he doesn't they will struggle unless Weems, DeRozan or one of the athletic swingman show up.

Raptors are not nearly Sixers bad.

                    Reggie Evans? hahaha

Klieza as good as Bosh was for TOR? What does that mean though. He had a hell of a preseason and FIBA tourney... but I hope you were joking with that statement.

They have no identity and little talent.

I hope the 6ers aren't worse than the Raps, they certainly have more talent and vets.

Have you watched the Raptors? They clearly have an identity. They play up tempo. They have shooters and slashers with average to above average PG play. With all the athleticism they have they should be better on defense or at least increase the tempo while forcing turnovers.

Kleiza provides the Raptors with a 15-20 ppg scorer. He basically has the same game as Bosh except he has 3pt range. Face up scorer that shoots a lot of jumpers.

This team wasn't a playoff team last year. This year the playoffs are unlikely as well but they will not end up with the worst record in the league. The Wizards, Sixers, Clippers, T-Wolves are teams that lack identity. I wouldn't say the Raptors do.

                          I love Kleiza..Dude plays like a G.

Derozan had a brilliant game. 14 FTA...

Andrea is a soft female body part...what a joke.

And Amir Johnson. Dude gave me free tickets, but man he's been useless so far.

Identity in terms of consistency. You never know what you're gonna get out of their best players. That's not good. Obviously their best option is to get out and run and spread the floor.

Kleiza for all his skill, to even mention Bosh in the same sentence as him

As far as the Wiz, Sixers, Clips, Wolves well they're all garbage as well. That's why I worded my post as "you might have the worst team in the league".

I would hope that Gil lifts their play a bit. On paper they look good this season, but still too much one on one ball.

I would hope Iggy/Brand would be able to muster more wins that TOR. I mean Iggy is supposed to be an All-Star.. Jrue is supposed to be an upcoming PG...

Clips by talent alone eclipse TOR. How they put it together remains to be seen. Kaman/Griffin is a pretty solid identity, you know what you're gonna get out of them. Unfortunately they are dependent on Baron Davis facilitating the offense. SMH. Oh yeah, and that Eric Gordon fella is alright too. It's a shame they play in the West.

Wolves on the other hand, they are definitely the worst in the West.

Consistency I agree with. That is why Barbosa is so important. He needs to score all the time.

But the Raptors are well coached.

I have watched Bosh since Ga Tech and I just don't see what makes him any better than any other face up shooter. He is weak defensively. He was a ball stopper in Toronto. He is soft.

Bosh went to the perfect situation in Miami. Good for him. But his "production" will be way down.

Yeah, Bosh has no vision and is a horrible passer. At times a black hole...

If the Raptors had above average point guard play, they would compete in the East for 8th.

Calderon and Jack are both backups points that wouldn't start in more than 3-5 teams in the league.
