So they want him so bad? How about before the trading deadline, when Dwight "flip flopped" and said he didn't want to be traded after all. He wanted to finish the season and see how far they could go. How did the Magic respond? All of a sudden they strong arm him into waiving with early termination. When he's saying he wanted to be there, they turned around and tried harder than ever to trade him. The Magic can explore their options, but Dwight can't explore his? Please.
Oh, and note that I said the Magic had good reason for exploring their trade options. But that is exactly what Dwight was doing. Exploring his trade offers. And when he decided that the situations he was going to be looking at were less favorable than his current one, he backed off his request. Just like the Magic did when they were exploring theirs.
This is a business. The Magic are going to do what is best for them, Dwight is going to do what is best for him, just like every team and every player are going to do.
