Monica, Keyshia Cole...they're a little older for the ballers they're dating right? I know Monica has got to be a good amount of years older than Brown...Or maybe its just that shes been in the industry for a really long time?



Nah...it wasn't dirty, Chenier was right...Brand didn't expect McGee to get so much lift once he got the ball. The play happened quick and McGee burst into the air, but the idea of fouling there was a good one. Brand's not a dirty player...

I doubt Brand meant to do it, but the play looked pretty dirty. He two arm pushed McGee in the chest in the air. I mean he didn't go for the ball at all, didn't try to wrap McGee up, just basically stiff armed him with two arms. I don't see how that isn't dirty.

Brand isn't a dirty player but it was a dirty play.

Brand isn't a dirty player but it was a dirty play.

That play is probably going to give him at least a one game suspension.

Dallas is a pretty good defensive team this season

Looking at this statement and looking at your Dallas Cowboys avatar almost made me busted out laughing. I realize we are in the Pro Basketball forum and your talking about the Mavs but just seeing anything with the Cowboys and ‘defense’ on the same page made me laugh.

Phil out here starting trouble I see:

Phil Jackson just loves doing what he did to the Heat yesterday, going on the radio in Chicago and lobbing a verbal hand grenade into their midst. As if they weren’t dealing with enough, now they can answer some questions about Pat Riley coming down from on high to take over the team.
Stan Van Gundy fired back on Wednesday, calling Jackson’s comments “ignorant” according to Hoopsworld.

“Well first of all, obviously Phil has no idea what the ‘Van Gundy situation’ was. Even though he coaches in our league, he certainly had no inside knowledge of that so any analogy he would make to my situation would be totally useless because he doesn’t have any clue what the situation was in that case,” Van Gundy said…
“First of all, to second guess another coach and to comment on a situation he knew nothing about is inappropriate and it’s also ignorant. Jazz/Hornets tonight. Deron's been hurt but he usually steps up against Chris Paul. Paul is probably gonna try to prove to the NBA that he is better than D-Will. It's gonna be a good game.

Cant wait. After that Clippers debacle we need this game. I'm with you I think CP3 comes for his crown tonight. I expect Chris who has been pretty much passive (too passive at times) to be very aggressive for this one.
