no were struggling. the offense has been really bad. no one has played well. defense has been bad too.

i have noticed that everyone has been reading our cuts to the hoop and jumping the passing lanes. so its been lots of turnovers.

          smh

          we stink right now

Can't believe Denver decided to play D tonight. Only team in NBA to not lose 4 straight in last 4 years which is a good thing.... I guess.

no...you guys have only played 7 games against teams greater than .500, and are 2-5.

Saw Sportscenters coverage of the Laker/Spurs game last night. They mentioned expanded standings, and how the Lakers are 3-6 vs Above .500 teams. Decided to look at who has the best record vs Above .500 teams...

                      EAST
                      Boston 11-3
                      Miami 7-7

                      WEST
                      Dallas 14-3
                      San Ant 12-3
                      OKC 10-8
                      Nawlins 9-8
                      Utah 8-8

Astounding. The East is some garbage, but for that matter the West has the only team that has not beaten an over .500 team; Sacremento is 0-12.

2-3 as of the Miami game. Then they lost to Miami and to the Spurs.

ESPN NBA Section Standings are reflecting a 3-6 record.

This isn't anything new though. This happens every year, the Lakers consistently have the easiest early schedule in the league and when I pointed that out earlier this year when they were beating the breaks off teams you woulda thought I said the Lakers weren't a championship level team or something. The Lakers will eventually be fine I'm sure of that, but it's just a fact of NBA life now that the first part of their season they will feast and stack wins by virtue of the easiest opening schedule in the league, it's just a matter of getting things done when it gets harder in January thru February usually.

Yea....this year may be different though. You can tell there's something up w/ Kobe. His play has been "abnormal" by Kobe standards, and he's been getting riled up in some contests; most recently w/ George Hill. ESPN stated that last night's Spurs contest was the first game of Kobe's career where he missed 13 shots in a row.

They look to be getting almost nothing from Ron Artest this year. He has to have the lowest PER in the league for any player avg'ing over 24 minutes/gm.

                                Artest: 26.9 mpg/11.2 PER
