Re: 1/3-1/9 Game Discussion Thread
This whole "they'll turn it on in the playoffs" thing is horrible.
A) shows how worthless the NBA regular season can be.
B) shows the season should be shortened
C) shows how spoiled some teams are, you're supposed to play to win the game.
Just pathetic.Comment

^^Exactly^^
I mean how do you lose the focus of winning at the end of the day.
And Packman... Elite defense is being played by the Heat right now. Dallas has been locking down too. Celtics are up there too. I want to say the Knicks... But they been more about forcing turnovers and running the other way. Not exactly keeping their opponent from scoring (but it is defense at the end of the day).
The Lakers defensive rotations have been down right not there. Count how many times they give a wide open shot away without hustle or even running out to the shooter.Hands Down....Man Down - 2k9 memories

Mayo strikes me as a chump, the AAU spoiled brat who never had to really fight for anything. Could be wrong, that's just the way he strike me though....and TA seems like the dude from the other side of the tracks who has always scrapped for anything.Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment

I'll hold off on airing them(Nets)out to see how they'll do tonight but if it's the same as it's been in any other game, then it's time for me to unleash the Ether on these clowns.#RespectTheCultureComment

So I'm going to go ahead and put Blatche down for Checmate.
Is there anyone else that would like to reserve a player that they hate the most before whomever that player may be gets taken?Comment

Mayo on the other hand, was all talk, and little game to back it up. That's why I was wondering why (other than the hype), he made it to the NBA. I just really don't see it out of him, still.Twitter - WTF_OS

Trust me, you don't want me to say how I really feel about this team right now. If you thought Matrix or Tehova were bad....you ain't see my bad side yet man LOL.

Mayo played for Rose Hill in KY before he went to a larger HS, and I can tell you for a fact that he's the AAU spoiled brat. When we played them, I didn't see anything special from him at all. The other kid on the team was who we had trouble checking. I can't remember his name, but he torched us.
