All Purpose Players (Favorite?)

There are very few players in the NBA that want to 'clean the corners' or do the dirty work that a coach absolutely loves more than anything. I'm talking hustling on every play, giving it your all on defense, and playing smart ball. Most of these players come in college, but don't translate their game to the NBA well.

So who are you favorite players in the NBA that do the dirty work for there teams. Mine?

Bobby Jackson
Eric Snow
George Lynch
Ben Wallace
Mark Madsen
Shawn Marion

I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of any right now.

i can agree with some of those, but Marion? i don't think so... Oh and yeah most of those kinds of players suck ***, or are only good at D. Perfect example would be Rodman.

Marion is not a "dirty work player", although he IS all purpose. He does everything, but its not like he's a scrub and is brought it ONLY to do those things you know? A better example would be Bo Outlaw. The guy hustles his *** of and plays D and rebounds. Thats his job. He's a "dirty work player"

My favorite dirty work player is Kurt Thomas. Hustles, plays tough nosed hard defense, goes after rebounds, fights, and does the little things like yank at shorts while guys try to shoot, lol.
