I hate to agree with this Scott character, but yes Kobe does get hammered a lot with no whistle.

That is completely different from him having a long leash to complain about officials. He probably has the longest leash in the league when it comes to that, but you can't disagree with him going to the rack and not getting whistles... that's reality.

Now as far as saying "Kobe gets absolutely no respect from the refs", that's just flatout silly to say.
Can't agree with you here. If his leash were so long, he wouldn't get T'd up so much. LeBron makes his bitch made cry baby face and stomps around on the rare occasion he doesn't get the whistle. He very very rarely gets a T.

Kobe should get at least three technicals a week with the way he howls at the refs and throws his arms around like a five year old child when he doesn't get his way.

Exactly!! I wanted to say something else... but I'm going to keep it to myself lol.

"Kobe gets no calls"... What a joke! lol... And now LeBron and Wade are not superstars lmao.... come on seriously

But that LeBron backboard pass was sick. But as well as that 90 foot alley oop... too bad it wasn't a dunk. They would of been a great QB-WR/TE combo in the NFL lol

All superstars in the NBA get calls. We're so used to them getting calls that when they don't we throw a bigger fit than they do.

If anybody has a right to complain it's D12. That dude gets no calls.

Come on man. All Kobe does is let out a yell with or without contact, or air flop (pretending he gets hit on the wrist) on a jumper, and he is going to the line.

He and Gasol are the best there is in the NBA for making refs blow their whistles when there is little to no contact.

With that said though, I am sure there are times he does get fouled and he doesn't get the call. Like every other player in the league.

But, the great majority of the time he gets the benefit of the doubt.

Was really hoping the 76ers could've won last night, and with a win tonight could've been at .500% heading into the ASB.

It's not Oka. Athought I would rather have him here than not ,but we have dropped games like this when he was healthy. It just seems like during certain stretches in a game the team falls asleep defensively and then just gets really cold offensively. Can't win doing both.

We need this All-star break badly.

What's up with the NBA forum lately man? Are we really even having a debate on whether or not Kobe gets enough foul calls? What's next, there's not enough porn on the internet? Reality tv shows aren't getting enough love cause there's too few of them? C'mon son!

I can't believe you guys are even paying attention to that dude. He's a Kobe homer and LeBron troll. Are you really surprised he would even say something like that? I'm sure as hell not.

The guy shoots a ton... as unbelievable as it sounds, yes there are many missed calls that should be fouls.

Enough to complain on a message board? No. But the reality is the refs for whatever reason seem to make sure he really gets hammered before they blow the whistle. Maybe it's their way of getting back at him for complaining so much.
