So I hate to bring this question back, but if you know what you know about Asik now, would you go back to the beginning of the season and consider the Noah for Melo trade?

No. However, I never really wanted Carmelo here in the first place.

Yea I'm with you Alt, I didn't really care for Melo, and I definitely didn't like the idea of shipping away Noah.

But you know, people were saying, 'WHO'S GOING TO START AT CENTER FOR US IF WE TRADE NOAH? OMER ASIK? WE CAN'T HAVE ASIK OUT THERE GUARDING DWIGHT HOWARD'. And the funny thing about that statement was in the last game against Orlando Asik played Howard a lot better than what Noah did.

As long as we're keeping it close(meaning not getting down by more 15+)then I still think we're in good shape. However, our Defense needs to get better now and we need to start boxing people out because that's where most of the damage is being done at.

Sounds like you're basically calling Noah a system guy and if that's the case then I'll gladly let you take Johan Petro in exchange for Noah to be my backup C.

Not to mention, Chicago's ball movement has been Boston/LA/San Antonio-like out there, allowing them to get multiple good looks.

Umm...how's that funny? Dude is still a rookie. He's playing ABOVE where he should be at this point in his career. Going into the year relying on an unproven rookie from another country is not something you as a fan should be all thumbs up over. C'mon Dice, let those straws stay on the top shelf.
