Wow..Vince looked horrible on both ends of the floor. Anytime you let Artest get off on you, you should be benched for the rest of the game. On offense he did his best "Bob the builder" impersonation building a house, constantly throwing bricks at the backboard.Comment

Re: 3/21 - 3/27 Game Discussion Thread
*******. And after finishing the video, I KNEW that Kobe's foot hit the ground before getting off the save where Gasol was "fouled". Knew it. Also think that maybe they should have reviewed Kobe's three that made it 133-132 LA. Looked like his foot may have been on the line. Oh well.
And for the love of God, we need to stop doubling/collapsing on him. The video showed a play he didn't pass to a wide-open Artest one around the six minute mark, but they didn't show the one on the opposite side that, I THINK (I remember seeing highlights, didn't tune back in until 3OT) made it 119-116 or something. Utterly unacceptable. We simply can't win when Odom and Artest (or Fisher, or someone else) go off against us. It's impossible and pretty much unacceptable.
Either way, a great breakdown on how awful Vince Carter is, and how stupid Gentry is for keeping him in. It makes no damn sense. If I were the owner, I would have bought Carter's *** out before he even played a damn MINUTE in my uniform. I swear, thank goodness Gortat was in the Orlando deal, because I very well might have gone down to Phoenix myself to demand answers.Comment

As for the 3 pointer, they replayed that and his foot was just behind the line, so that one actually was legit.
And it was only a matter of time before The Virus Known As Vince took over.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

It was noticeable on the initial replay when I watched it live, but it's something that is so close it rarely gets called. I guess it could have/should have been reviewed though.I won't ask for Christmas or birthday gifts if you subscribe to the Operation Sports Newsletter (Not Just Another Roster Update). I write it, and it hits your inbox every Friday morning (for freeeeeee). We also have an official OS Discord you can now join.Comment

Dang I wonder if the Hornets can hang on and still make the playoffs. Sounds like the West injury was serious.
If Houston makes the playoffs... wow.Comment

Dang West done for year with torn ACL, I knew it was gonna be bad when he was screaming in pain was tough to watch especially when he's usually a pretty tough guy. Great guy hope he recovers quickly no matter if he's back or not as the rehab could possibly interfere with his next season.
It's possible for the Hornets to keep themselves in the playoffs if CP3 plays like he has recently and Landry steps up now that he's presumably a starter. Deciding factior will be for someone else to step up big in games like Belinelli, Ariza or Okafor.Saints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

He done for the season.... Better off giving the playoff spot to another team now. That's just messed up. Hope he gets back to normal next year.
