Pretty much. The only team in the entire league that is still mathematically alive and not already in the playoffs are the Houston Rockets. They're 41-38, chasing the 44-34 Memphis Grizzlies. It'd take a pretty horrid meltdown for the Griz to blow this playoff spot.

Man Monte Ellis is becoming one of my favorite players in the NBA.

Back in December basketball star Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns filed for divorce from his wife Alejandra Amarilla ONE DAY after she gave birth to a baby. Usually having a baby brings couples closer together, but something about this birth sent Steve running for the hills! Steve and Alejandra broke up a few months before the birth of the baby due to allegations of cheating, on her part. Well the allegations were confirmed when at the birth, out popped a BLACK baby, and neither mother nor the father is of African American descent! Rumor is that baby daddy is Steve’s former teammate Jason Richardson. The Suns QUICKLY traded Richardson to the Orlando Magic in December, around the same time the baby was born…….hmmmmmmmm!
Sounds like a NEW candidate for BASKETBALL WIVES!!!

I have my doubts it was any of Nash's teammates. They were like family.

And with no actual proof of anything, I think it's fruitless to post stuff like this.

Yeah we should be @the 6th seed right now. CP3 has been about 85-90% all season yet was still better than 99.9999999(that. 00000001being D.Rose) of the PGs in the league.

Well according to most they weren't a playoff team at all. So even with losing West during the final stretch and the in season trades that hurt team chemistry we're still alive for the 5th seed. Slim chance but still possible.

They were barely a playoff team as things are now.

It helped that Yao missed the season again [we should have seen that coming though]. It helped that Utah traded Deron away. It helped that PHX traded J-Rich away.

But yeah, NO's definitely deserves their props for getting in regardless. They were one and done even with David West.

Nah they do. Congrats to them for getting to the playoffs.

But it was still ridiculous(at least to me) to predict them getting a Top 4 seed anyway because they weren't going to be healthy all year, which is the main thing they were using to hold that up(alot of teams weren't healthy all year).

But I'll leave that alone since it doesn't matter now but just putting it out there that you weren't singing this tune back then.

1st the roster I said that about went what 12-1 to start the season after they made the trade is when the team fell off. 2nd who has never been wrong about a prediction? I was wrong just like everybody who said they wouldn't make the playoffs at all. I truly believe if we didn't shuffle our bench in the beginning of the season this is atleast a 4th seeded team.

And like I said, I still think it was ridiculous to predict that team(even before ANYTHING happened on that team)to call them a Top 4 team with one Superstar and a bunch one timers and role players and no it's not the same as Lebron in Cleveland.

How about this: The Hornets will NEVER be anything higher the 4th best team in the West. The one year they did it was the exception will not be the norm and I'm willing place any amount of $$$ on that.
