Great season Sixers! I couldn't have been happier with the effort that was showed in this series and this season. Starting 3-13 this season and being able to make the playoffs is quite an accomplishment."Ma'am I don't make the rules up. I just think them up and write em down". - Cartman

Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs - First Round Discussion Thread
I just read the Granger quotes and had a WTF moment. His teammates had more cheap shots and were much dirtier than anything Noah did. It was a tough first round series and there were plenty of hard fouls from Indiana. Just man up and take your loss like a man. There's no need for all of that nonsense. It just makes him look like a whiny baby.
really? really? like when? Man this thread is telling. every missed foul, every bad call, every made basket, each Chicago fan had to say something. Ive never seen a fan base with such a sense of entitlement. The Indiana Pacers played the bulls tough, and they showed heart. I watch the games I see the Chicago stadium chanting "Pacers suck", I read this thread and see people calling the Pacers dirty? Let me tell you something, Noah hit McRobrets on that play, and McRoberts retaliated. Noahs hit was unintentional, but it happened. Granger was standing up for his teammate as the captain. Certainly he could have chose his words better, but his dude got ejected, and he saw Noah make contact, why wouldn't he have a little heartburn over that? Have you guys never lost a game before? Obviously if Indiana wins granger would have had a better attitude, but, they lost, and he felt like they got shafted on that call and he said something.
The "sand in his lady parts", the "you mad" comments are all just continuing the Chicago Bull fan mentality.Comment

I'm proud as hell of the Sixers. First time I've been able to say that in quite a while.

But nah seriously. Dude the Bulls fans have a sense of entitlement? When were there cheap shots? Dudes were loading up on Rose through that whole series so get outta here with that nonsense. You guys were the ones bitching about foul calls in the threads come on with that. As for the you mad and lady parts comments at the end. Those weren't even Bulls fans that said that. If you're gonna try to go in on somebody at least have all your facts together.Comment

Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs - First Round Discussion Thread
Just from reading the reaction from various Philadelphia sports sites, this series was a success. People aren't mad or complaining about the Sixers, people seem optimistic.
But did anyone else notice that Iguodala threw the ball at Wade on the inbound after Wade dunked the ball up 4 with 1 sec left."Ma'am I don't make the rules up. I just think them up and write em down". - Cartman

2. I don't agree that the Chicago fans here have a sense of entitlement, but I do think they get out of hand at times [more so this year because they're having success], just like any other fanbase here. But there seems to be a lot of Chicago posters so it is what it is. Some of them are a bit out there to me though.Comment

Yes really. I'm not sure why you responded like that. Of course Indiana played them tough and nobody is disputing that. Granger got bent out of shape by 1 incident when they were laying hard fouls throughout the series. I'm guessing he didn't have a problem with these fouls.
