Have you been that stuff again? The only on ethat makes a complete idiot out of himself in the media is your boy Shaq. You haven't even read the upcoming article, and you're passing judgement on him because you are a *****.

What do you mean, why would you say something controversial like that? Have you ever said anything controversial? I'm sure you have and why did you say it? It's not Mac's fault that there are some guys around the L that are fruitcakes, and want to be women.

Why did he have to say no comment? You're telling me the guy has to be on pins and needles because haters like you are out there, and feel like he should never open his mouth. I wonder if you would've said that if it was Kobe?

He didn't have to keep it to himself, because they asked him, and he's a grown man, he can talk for himself to who who he likes. It would be different if he had exposed the guys for no reason, then there'd be a problem.

How come he doesn't know how to deal with the media? He sounded fine to me. He wasn't quivering when he said what he said, and obviously wasn't worried about people like you and what you think. He just told the truth. It's not his faultguys smoke weed, and still go for 30 points in a game, and it's not his fault some of these pro athletes aren't all straight. Is that really a shock to you in this day and time?

Lastly, he doesn't suck because you have biased Kobe f a n b o y s in the media trying to discredit everything he ssyas because Kobe can't be another Jordan. They'll try to do the same thing with LeBron watch. Discredit him when it comes to Kobe. They are just haters.

I also honestly don't remember many people here saying they don't believe Mac, and saying he's lying, because we all know he's not.

Bottom line hes probably right but should know when to comment and not to comment. I mean how many controversial [censored you naughty boy] has he said this year. First about the playoffs, then the Kobe comments, and now this [censored you naughty boy]. Tracy if ur reading this when the media asks u a question about anything just shut the [censored you naughty boy] up cause ur losing support from fans and possible turning future fans away from the nba.

                        Re: t-mac comments

T-Mac gets tricked by the media all the time. They lay landmines and he steps right on 'em every single time. The worst part is that unlike a Barkley or Rodman type, T-Mac isn't TRYING to stir up trouble or be contraversial...

He needs to think "What would Mike say?". MJ was the king of the appropriate answer. The response shoulda' been: "What kinda question is that? Every guy in the NBA could be gay, I could give a sh...t less. The only thing that concerns me is winning a championship. I'm not on "the lookout" for homosexual behavior, man."
Say that with a laugh (but with a nice hard "Why you askin' me that bull**** for?" look) and his respect (with that reporter) goes up tenfold. Then he might stop getting set-up with these silly-*** loaded questions.

That writer knew what kinda trouble he was getting T-Mac in. T-Mac's gotta recognize that these guys will crucify him to sell a few more papers/magazines. Plus, the upper echelon of players have to demand more respect. Would this same writer ever have the balls to ask Magic or Bird about league homosexuality? Hell no.

Bottom line, T-Mac needs to get a publicist, or just decline comments.

                              Re: t-mac comments

The media tries to trick all famous basketball players, all the time! Look at earlier Jordan interviews! He looked like a jackass. But he learned and developed an answer system. Kobe imitates that system always, and has not been embarrassed like T-Mac has. Shaquille O'neal has his own system: Say everything while laughing and no one will take u seriously or be insulted. Remember the Yao Ming incident? As soon as Shaq said he was joking, all US reporters believed him.
In conclusion, T-Mac is still a media puppy. He needs to develop an answer system in which he prevents getting humiliated or tricked by the press, and so that he won't have a foot in his mouth all the time. And those are pretty big feet!
