That Dallas-Golden St Series is probably my favorite 1-8 matchup ever.

I still have yet to see a crowd match Golden State in that series. The closest I've seen is/was OKC but even that was nowhere as loud as the Oracle was in 07.

And it was so easy to get behind that team. That team was much like the Grizz are this year. They left it ALL out on the floor every game.

I still remember the next series when B-Diddy dunked all over Kirilenko. It was flat out nasty.

Ah... What a series.

Give it up for Tim Duncan. It's been a pleasure pullin' for one of the greatest bigs of all time.

I'm no Spurs fan... but I do feel a bit sad that this might be how it ends. Duncan could probably get to another playoff appearance but this was the final shot realistically as a Spurs player at any greatness.

To think he's been with them since 97, hell I basically grew up with this team. So yeah I'm glad for Memphis, but a bit of the childhood NBA on NBC era is gone tonight...
