Is that accurate

Shaq 05 and 06 = Noah now
JWill = Korver now
Posey = Haslem now
Deng = Gibson

Del Negro = 05 Stan
Thibou = 06 Riley

Wade was definitely the "batman" of that playoff run, but we can't reduce Shaq (of 2005) to Noah. That's a pretty big stretch.

Actually I don't think any of your player comparisons match up, and no mention of Boozer.

Noah isn't on the same level as 05 Shaq.
The JWill to Korver comparison is just weird.
Posey to...who? Is there anyone on the Bulls even named Haslem?
Deng to Gibson? What?

I'm guessing you were trying to do Posey to Deng and Haslem to Gibson, but Posey is/was twice the defender Deng was and much more physical. Haslem and Gibson...eh, it's an okay comparison. Comparing Pat Riley to Tom Thibodeau is not even close either, IMO.

Those are terrible comparisons.

Shaq and Noah are complete opposites and I don't get how Posey=Haslem (neither have been or are on the Bulls) and Deng=Gibson (both on the Bulls, both completely different).

The only comparison that holds weight is the Rose/Wade one.

Also since this relates to the same coworker, another thing I said was that I saw the Knicks Celts series as I did the Lakers-OKC one in 2010. Not that they'd beat the fave but a exciting 6 game series. Now they have to win twice to get to the Game 6 i'm looking for

Man there is no way on earth you can compare Noah to Shaq at that time. Shaq was still the best big man in the NBA and commanded double teams every time he touched the ball. He put up 20 and 10 while leading the league in FG percentage both years and made All NBA first team both seasons. Noah isn't anywhere remotely close to that level of player.
