What Was The First Basketball Game You Attended

My first NBA game i attended was a Knick Home game in March of 2004. I was 9. The Knicks were in the midst of returning to the playoffs (this was back when New Yorkers loved Stephon Marbury). Everyone was hyped that we had a hometown hero playing for the knicks (sound familiar).

Knicks played the Wizards. Knicks beat the Wizards in overtime. I remember Tim Thomas forcing overtime after tipping in a Stephon Marbury missed layup.

sidenote:
-I remember Allan Houston playing in this game,but he came out early because of his back i think...

-i remember Gilbert Arenas fouling out

I honestly cant remember my first b/c of the awrsomeness that was my 3-4th....which was the Bulls vs Hornets in the 98 playoffs

The New Orleans Hornets inaugural game against the Utah Jazz in 2001. I was hooked ever since. Really miss going to the hive.

Despite watching basketball for years on TV, my first attended game was Bulls vs Clippers, 1991.

The only thing I remember was watching Danny Ferry shoot like crazy. Pretty sure it was in the Gund too.

My first NBA game was the Milwaukee Bucks vs. Detroit Pistons at the Palace in 1993. I was in third grade so I don't remember a ton of details about the game, other than some guy I hadn't heard of until then (Brad Lohaus) kept scoring. It was shortly after Blue Edwards was traded to Milwaukee so I swear some of these highlights below may or must have happened in my game (at the 0:25 second mark). Milwaukee may have changed their jerseys the following year and I swear Blue was acquired part way through '93, and I remember him doing work against us, I just don't remember those plays specifically :

And on second thought, I'm pretty sure I'd heard of Brad Lohaus before. I'm almost certain I must have had a couple of his basketball cards. I just don't think I'd ever heard his name pronounced before, nor known he could actually do something good on the court. I think I used to pronounce Lohaus as something like "Lah-hoo-ahs". So, it blew my mind to hear it as "Low-House" (to my ears then).

I paid $200 a ticket to go see LeBron James first game in Madison Sqaure Garden. I sat right behind LeBron James moms. He scored 22 points. I remember it like it was yesterday.

But I never forget his first chalk toss vs one of my favoirte teams back then.
