I need THIS GUY to be on the first train outta Newark ASAP. Don't even want to wait til December 9th because that's 2 weeks too long that this fraud has to be stuck on my team.

You think Westbrook will turn down a chance to play for the Lakers when the time comes? OKC can not spend with the Knicks, Heat, Mavs, Nets, Bulls not if they want to make a profit. Those teams can charge whatever they want for seats and tv deals are outrageous. If the OKC Thunders what to make a profit they will have to stay under the cap so they aren't excluded from that pool of money.

Still don't know who thought giving him that money was a good idea. That person should never get a job dealing with money ever again.

Never thought I'd see the day where the Nets are being grouped with the Heat, Mavs, Lakers and Bulls and putting them in a positive light LOL.

Makes me feel like my team *sniff sniff* is actually relevant again.

Woke up and read the wonderful news. I'm just happy basketball is back, Tim Duncan won't retire and we all can stop arguing about who is greedy, BRI split and all that bull****. Thank you, Stern and Hunter. You saved the season and your individual legacies. Now, pack your **** and retire quietly.

Bout damn time. Before we get too excited though some questions need to be raised. aholbert drop the knowledge son.

Any chance at all that the owners get the union to reform to vote on this deal, then pull out of the agreement with the union proving they're case that the decert was bogus? Then laying they're 47 percent deal on the table?

No chance the players turn this **** down right?

The Players rejecting this would inspire the largest fan backlash in sports history. As some media guys have reported , there are players than will reject this but not enough of them.

Complete final agreement isn't done..Age limit and some other stuff still being finalized but nothing that is expected to derail the deal. I believe ESPN.com has the deal on their front page story.

Luxury tax changes and "repeat overspender" fees in place of a true hard cap from what I understand of it
