He's earned all this fame and you know what? He didn't deserve it, he's not good. Will he stay that way? Who knows, but it looks like he's more likely to be a bust than a stud.

We haven't found out if he's overhyped or not, he hasn't played a real game yet. We will find out if he is. I dont think anyone, not anyone with a brain, is saying he's going to be great right away. He probably wont win rookie of the year, he probably wont have as good a rookie year as the high schooler from last year(amare stoudemire). The hype people have given him is theyve said that with his size, athleticism, and understanding of the game, he has a chance(not in his first game, or first year, or maybe first 3-4 years) to be the next great player.

no no no, my friend. i know what overhyped means but HAS HE GOTTEN THE CHANCE TO EARN IT YET. that's the problem with what people are saying. get back to me in 2 to 3 years. if he hasn't earned his hype, then he is overhyped. until then...he cannot be overhyped. let him at least play half a damn season.
