Glad they were able to catch this. I hope his surgery goes well and he can live a healthy life.

Aw man. Things go from not good to worse for my C's. Hopefully, Green makes a full recovery.

Also, great post B&G. Boston's and Miami's situation really aren't comparable. I remember the Celtics front office getting completely raked over the coals when they traded for Ray.

Ugh!! Thats a huge blow. Boston is really thin up front now. I think they'll be counting even more on the Purdue Rookies Moore and Johnson.

Good for Green though. Hopefully he can make a full recovery.

          Not the same situation.

But what people do forget, (or choose to forget) is that they werent completely uninvolved in the process....They were veterans at this point, and werent willingly going to go into a bad situation....but whatever.....the original point remains....this **** didnt just start in 2011.

What im still waiting is some non TMZ or espn "sources close to Paul" quotes that shows Paul was such a bad guy in the whole ordeal. Havent heard one thing from the horses mouth.

          Moving on,

I HATE that for Jeff Green, especially since the Celtics had such big plans for him this year. Makes me sick. I hear his contract was voided...what excactly does that mean? doesnt Boston get an exception for that as well?

          @ Nick Young BTW

I hope Jeff Green is able to come back healthy next year. As for the Cs, the Kendrick Perkins trade is looking that much worse now.

It seems like heart issues are all over the place recently. Pretty sad. But hopefully Green and everyone else who is having these issues recovers quickly and fully.

Look at the way he's holding the jersey up too...
