I think he will be a perfect fit in Chicago, much moreso than Crawford or Butler.

Crawford has a tendency to hog the ball and stop the flow of offense with quick shots. While he would have been an upgrade, not sure it would have complimented the current structure of our team like Hamilton will.

Rockets get Gasol and Steve Blake.

Seems fair enough to me. Lakers take back crummy contracts, Rockets get Blake and the Hornets get the same deal, but clear off a ton of cap space in two years.
I know quite a few Laker fans who would do that in a heartbeat.

Yea if Rip is focused and plays more like 2010 than 2009 than Chicago might have a steal depending on the price.

When Crawford was in Portland for LA's exhibition game he talked about loving to play in Portland and with B-Roy possibly retiring there may be a need for another scorer. Word is B-Roy and Crawford are pretty good friends as well.
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

Good point. Yeah...they're both from Seattle.

Just talked to Samuel Dalembert. If top choice of Houston doesn't work out, he named Golden State, Denver and Toronto as possibilities.
Samuel Dalembert on Golden State: "I am definitely interested in Golden State. We'll see what happens.''

I think playing on a contender will get him refocused.

I just think he needs a change of scenery, especially after all that crap that has happened with him the past year or so regarding him and management/coaches.

Toronto fans, what would you think of a VC reunion? Even when he lost his athleticsm he has always remained a good shooter and a great ballhandler/passer...traits that DeRozen doesn't yet possess. It would be good exposure and a good 'feel good' story for the Raptors to have DeRozen at the 2 with VC at the 3.

kinda sad to see Shannon go. Yea he will probably start in Phoenix with Michael and VC gone but does he really think this will put him in a better situation then he was in with LAL?

Not a bad move, no risk. No salary concerns. They parted with no hard feelings before. I like it.

Well he'd be starting in a run-n-gun offense, right? I think it's a good situation to showcase himself. More or less a "prove it" deal. Or just an opportunity to start and play alongside Steve Nash.

Dalembert could be a good consolation prize for GS, missing out on Chandler.

Has Matt Barnes signed yet? Seems like he'd be a good fit for SAS to replace Jefferson.

I've always liked Sammy D since he was at Philly. He would help GS. I always thought he would be a good fit in PHX due to his athleticism and Nash getting him good looks.

LOL what if this was possible?:

                                Magic get:
                                Monta Ellis
                                Jeremy Lin

                                Warriors get:
                                Hedo Turkoglu
                                Daniel Orton
                                JJ Redick

Bet Dwight wouldn't want to leave then. It's kinda fun messing with the ESPN Trade Machine.
