Well, if he wants a 3 year deal, not too many teams out there, especially the "contenders" are going offer him that.

Can't teams just offer him an MLE? That would be multi-yeared..

I'm sure they could do that if it was only for a 2 year deal. Don't know if they'd be willing to do it for 3(not saying they can't BTW).

But you also gotta remember that teams will be valuing their salary cap more than ever with the new CBA restrictions coming into effect so teams are definitely going to be more cautious than before.

Oh I love this quote from Pau.

"You don't really see what happened," Gasol said. "It was quick, a hit-and-run kind of thing, right? The ball went in, I was on my a--, I woke up, I stood up and told the referee I had a f---ing forearm on my face, on my throat, and that's something that needs to be looked at. But it happened too quick. I didn't realize."

Not with X's and O's so much, but this is where I miss Phil Jackson. He would have made a few comments that embarrassed the refs and the league, got a hefty fine for it, but got 2 offensive fouls per game called on Blake for the rest of the season.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

so when a dunker uses his arms as leverage pushing off a defender to complete a dunk, why isn't it an offensive foul?

blake does this about every time he dunks it seems like

There's probably only like 4-5 creative ways left to say "LeBron doesn't have a ring"

Haslem doesn't really say much, but he had words for Perk..

"I think anybody can be a tough guy with a thousand people watching on TV and referees who call fouls and stop the game and different things like that," Haslem said on WQAM. "I don't see him being any tough guy that he puts on the show to be, at all."

Haslem then added, "If we were playing at the park, I don't think he'd be doing all that."

I agree with Haslem, but there's no real point in stating obvious things like that.

There's only a handful of true thugs in each pro sport. Everyone else is just a bad actor. So unless Perk is out there claiming things, people should just leave the man's name out of their mouths...

Haslem is such a good dude. Perkins is soft and we all know that. Seeing these teams in a 7 game series would be soooooo good. So much drama already.

Glad to see Gerald Green has rounded out his game more while keeping his athleticism. I still think going to OSU would've helped him get a better start. Either way, glad to see he's doing good.

Whether its Gasol, Bron, Webber etc. seems like Perkins is the one who does most of the talking though...
