    Re: NBA Off Topic

There should be no alternative. If the Miami Heat do not win a championship this season, they should blow up this grand experiment and start again.

This is not just because if they fail a second year in a row to turn the Big Three into at least one big score that it will have become clear there is an inherent fallacy behind the premise that combining LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh would lead to utter dominance.

Put aside the schadenfreude stemming from another mockery being made of LeBron's now infamous boast of "not one, not two … not seven." Put aside that even the pundits talked of 72 wins and a certain dynasty.

Focus, instead, on the fact that the Miami Heat's time is right now. It is this season, period.
Thoughts? If anything, I'd get Spoelstra out, then get Bosh out, then Wade. The Heat need a big man. Tyson Chandler would be a perfect fit.

The official logo of the Brooklyn Nets

The Brooklyn Nets new logo and merchandise have leaked online as photos circulate the internet. Check them out here.

This move to Brooklyn and change of logo/color scheme reminds of when the White Sox revamped their uniforms. Created a huge buzz and made them millions in merchandise.

That's why I said if anything, they SHOULD be winning with this group. But you know how the media is.

Shouldnt they winning with their team? Lebron and Wade have been perennial first team/mvp type talents for years. Bosh is a top tier pf. How can you dismiss the Heats talent expectations that are there like that?

Shouldn't blow it up though, that's drastic obviously.

That's the exact pic someone posted earlier, they just whited out the blue tape hehe.

Not saying it isn't it, I believe it is and I like it's simplicity.

I feel you but Shaq and Kobe didn't have Bosh. Great comparison though was thinking the same thing. Chalmers. Battier. James Jones. They have some solid role players let's not act like they're playing with Big Z and Jamison

                    I'm looking at Spo

That was awesome. Loved the part where he grabs his jersey and holds it over himself as the people are looking around lmao.

Still don't think they need to fire Spoelstra if they don't win it this year.

That's fair. I agree the standards are unfair in regards to expectations and time frames, but they definitely have the talent there to win.
