If you were not alive or paying attention to basketball before '91 then you shouldn't be allowed to even try to talk about stuff you clearly have no clue about. Cause it wasn't alright at all. Jordan was getting killed the equivilent of what LeBron was getting now for that point in time. If there was Twitter back then, it'd be the exact same, but for the era it was in, it pretty much was.

BACK THEN as you say... people weren't as ignorant as someone like Skip Bayless

People talked but they were a heck of alot more mature than what you see today

Its not the technology that is the problem, its the people

..and I'd even venture to say furthermore these guys wouldnt get as much exposure or money without all of the extra media hype that comes with the stuff they have that wasnt available then

Oh they were definitely that ignorant. Thing is they didn't have as loud a voice back then. Hell Skip was around then, Rome, they're ilk has been around. Agreed with your overall post though.

i stopped paying attention to skip a while ago. i only watch first take for Stephen A.

skip is an idiot. plain and simple. there is no reason to hate on someone that bad.
