The Obvious? LOL come on now Pack. I don't know if Kobe saw the voting for the 2006 NBA MVP but how could he say he almost won? It's not like he was second place in votes and lost by a few votes he wasn't even in top three in voting. This guy needs a reality check. Also I know it's easy to talk about Smush now that he's out of the league but the simple fact that Smush was able to score double digit points and shoot 43%-44% in those years(Which by the way was a better percentage than what Kobe shot last year) tells me that during those years Smush had the talent to play in the League.

You still blame Kobe for Smush Parker being out of the League?

What does it matter? The true question is do you believe Kobe was stating the obvious by saying he almost won MVP even though he wasn't even in the top 3 in voting.

Well the MVP part was bold. So That's why I replied. As for Smush all I'm willing to say is that, Smush was able to scored double digit points and still shoot a better percentage than Kobe shot this past year. That tells me that if Smush was as bad as Kobe leads to believe, or saying he shot so much because Smush was on his team then maybe Smush would of had a FG% in the 30s if he was really so bad. I'm not saying he's great now but if he was really a "walk on" he wouldn't have been able to compile the stats he had..

so i had court today, and guess who was there? Smush Parker. We were talking and talking about the Laker Days, I told him had it not been for Kobe's selfish ways he might still be in the league. He was in court with me so im guessing he's still getting into trouble lol

Yeah maybe smush did suck. I'm still blaming Kobe though
