You forgot to say no pun intended

But in all seriousness, and in watching Jemele Hill mention this on First Take this morning, this is a battle LeBron will never win.
In terms of the LeBron "dislike", look at it this way: You always hear Stephen A. Smith and "Baseless" say "win something come playoff time" and stuff like that. BUT, I guarantee you when he wins his first ring, the first statement that will immediately come up is:
A) He had to join up with great players to win a ring Kobe has done it by himself (even though he truly hasn't; I wouldn't wish the roster LeBron had on anyone)
B) LeBron isn't even the best player on the team, Wade is (even though the stats - and probably Wade - would tell you otherwise)
C) So what if LeBron has a ring? Kobe has 5. #kobestillbetterthanlebron
D) How can be LeBron one of the greatest ever? Jordan has 6. #whatthehellwasscottiepippensmoking?
E) Adam Morrison STILL has more rings than LeBron James
Point is, these "fans" will be like that kid that's really never satisfied; if you buy the kid a bike, then the kid down the street has a bigger bike. IF you get the kid the bigger bike, he tells you it's not in his favorite color. When you get it in his favorite color, now he wants something else.
The only thing I want LeBron to do at this point is be himself. I honestly think it's refreshing to have guys like LeBron and Kevin Durant who don't shield away social media, and use it for what it was created for, to connect with the people who follow you and who like you.
Basically, though, Perkins is mad because he got dunked on. Again.
