Beautiful cross and dish. Some good passing all around from Chicago today. The ball movement was top notch tonight.

Glad to see Chi's rhythm is starting to kick in. Hope they prove me right and take that 1st seed. Going to be hard since apparently Miami signed Tim Tebow and keep pulling out close ones (that's what she said?).

I imagine Chi fans not thrilled about the D tonight, though, if there's nit picking to be had.

Guess every time a gets 4th quarter comeback/last second win it will have a Tebow reference until he is out of the NFL.

But great night for Rose, got to the foul line a lot and made some great passes.

Yeah, that seems to be the real difference between CP3 and Rose. Rose drives and gets a lot of fouls while CP3 pulls up a lot.

I know stats don't tell everything, but the main difference in their two stat lines was that Rose got to the line ten more times than Paul and they would have had similar lines if Paul had those ten extra free throws.

Great game from Rose tonight. Funny how the quiet guys (Rose and Durant) will cut ur throat faster than the big mouths.

Someone said the Mavs looked sluggish, I was at the game and considering this was on the backend of a back to back, with the previous game against the Thunder playing a rested Raptors team, they did pretty well in terms of keeping up. The Mavs played really solid defense, Bargnani was really the only player to play well on offense, and even down the stretch in the 4th he struggled. Mavs got a career night from Mahinmi. I know the Raps don't really have a big man presence, but if Ian can give us consistent solid defensive games and decent offensive production he and Sean Williams could be really great backups to Brendan Haywood. Roddy B also had a really nice game. Lamar Odom looked lost again but he'll break out. Nice game from VC, his three and then two pointer snapped the Raptors big run in the 3rd and led to a 16-2 run for us to end the 3rd quarter and gave us a 7 point lead going into the 4th.

Nice to get the first win out of the way, but Sunday's game against the T'Wolves is gonna be tough.

Nah, but the name of CP3's game is control. He had his share of highlights this game as well, but he always just kinda gives me that feeling that he's toying around a lot just how he nonchalantly makes stuff happen.

This is probably the best game I've seen Rose play. He may not have the passing ability/vision that CP3 does imo, but he made all the right decisions tonight. Can't complain.

Also, please tell me someone has made a gif of the face Deandre Jordan made sitting on the bench after fouling Noah at around the 5 minute mark in the 2nd quarter. Watching the game on my DVR and caught it. Comedy lol

Also quick note before I give a synopsis when I finish, glad to see Rose getting back to being Rose, being aggressive and attacking the paint, forcing the defense to make a decision and being smart with the ball. Like Rose 2.0. Much much better than the first two games. Also offense is generating a good flow.

Very fun game to attend. Rose is just....unspeakably good.

And I know I'm annoying with this, but Blake really is bitchmade. Complains after everything, dogs the refs, flops, etc. It's really, realllllllly unbecoming.

Clips had some technical difficulties during the intro, it was weird. Amateur hour.

Tons of Bulls fans, as there always are. Those MVP chants were super loud.

Caron Butler is key to the Clippers. If he makes shots, they're gonna be pretty damn good.

Love seeing the Suns play well. Good things happen when they ACTUALLY get out and run. Bout freakin' time. AND they played great D. They've played pretty good D to start out, albeit against not-so-offensive competition. Elston Turner as Defensive Coordinator is real nice.
