Her sexual history has nothing to do with her getting raped and it's prolly the dumbest thing I've ever heard that you actually thought that.

Now I know this has nothing to do with the case but where I'm from(Canada) if you video tape them giving you consent then no matter what YOU cannot be charged with sexual assult in that instance.
