Speaking of pissed, no comment on the Spurs game.

Many people before barely want to put Bosh in the big 3....y'all think he could be a legit #2 now? Serious question.
You answered your own question. To say that Bosh is one of the "Big 3" implies that he's on the same level as Wade and James which isn't the case. Having him be a #2 puts him in a tier below Lebron, and he's at least that. Furthermore Bosh is easily better than anyone he ever played with in Cleveland, so yeah he would have been a legit #2.

I can't name a lot of "big 3's" that I would call on the same level skill wise though....

Everything else, I see your point...

There's something to that I guess, but I think Bosh's situation comes with several problems.

#1 He gets payed just as much
#2 He came in at just the same time as Lebron.
#3 Heat promotions try to feature him just as much.
        #4 He doesn't bring a unique ability.

The first 3 are self explanitory, but what are some other "Big 3s"

        Bird McHale Parish
        Jordan Pippen Rodman
        Magic Kareem Worthy

Each of these guys had a really unique role on that team. Something that they were known for or better at than the other guys. Bosh doesn't have that. He doesn't do anything particularly well that those other guys don't.

@Wizzle: I know you think Dwyane Wade is like the best player on the Heat, and ever and all, and I'm not sure if anyone has asked you this but...

How do you feel about the Heat being 6-0 this year without Wade? I mean, I'm just curious.

At least Melo realizes that maybe he's taking too many shots. Good for him. I wish other players would admit this too.

I don't get what you're trying to say. I'm not too sure about the Celtics or Lakers "Big 3", but Jordan was #1 (Batman), Pippen was #2 (Robin), and Rodman was #3 (Batgirl/Alfred/Catwoman - you get the point ). In Miami, LeBron is Batman (IMO), Wade is Robin (could be switched around depending on POV), and Bosh is the Catgirl-type, #3. That's three tiers of player right there. Bosh isn't on the same level as LeBron, but all three are on higher levels than majority of the players in the league.

Then again...maybe Alfred was more of a sidekick/ally than Catwoman or Batgirl? I'm not sure...

Like I said before, good move by Rick to sit Dirk. No need to have him in there when his knee is still sore and he played in the Euros over the summer. Call it a conditioning issue, or whatever you want but I doubt he'll be doing much "conditioning" on his days off. He'll be resting.

Dirk Nowitzki said that in hindisight, playing for the German national team was a bad idea and that he should have taken time away from basketball.

"Playing in the Euros, looking back now was obviously not the right decision, but it was a decision I made for my country," Nowitzki said. "But it definitely didn't help me get ready for the season. So I started working out basically late November, then I had a good three weeks or a month for five, six games a week, so it wasn't cutting it. I consider this week here, for me, as another week of training camp where I can use it and get better. Got a little fire back; a lot of guys say I'm done. I obviously read the stuff. Hopefully, I'll be back soon."

Nowitzki acknowledged Wednesday night that the knee, the same one he sprained last season and forced him to miss nine games, has caused him problems with movement, although he said it felt better now than it did three weeks ago.

"You saw it. I couldn't go by anybody off the dribble and that's part of my game," Nowitzki said. "Right now is just basically a pop-up shooter every time I caught it, and if I didn't have it [a shot] I had to swing it because I just couldn't make a move, couldn't go by anybody and just didn't feel comfortable."

That's tough for Dirk. Sure he's gotta be frustrated that he can't move and contribute after coming off a championship season where Dallas needs him more than ever with the loss of the Chan Man and JJ.
His conditioning will come I'm sure, just wonder about the knee more than anything else.

Some lackluster games tonight so no main event tonight.

Indiana at Lakers shouldn't be terrible

Edit: and by shouldn't be terrible I mean hopefully the Lakers can score a 20 point quarter at home.
