Pack, why are there a lot of Heat fans in DC?

Wizards stink, Heat are winning so add that up and you get Bandwagon Heat Fans.

Area is mostly made up of Heat/Lakers/Celtics/Cowboys/Giants/Steelers/Knicks/Eagles Fans but that's also moreso because there's so many transplants living there. Other than the Skins, not really known for "riding" with the hometown team when they're losing.

If those guys were just as young as him, they would be able to do major damage
