It techincally could have happened starting from the beginning of the season if you count the playoffs as well since the 66 games plus the 16 you need to win in order to win the playoffs totals out to 82. You'd have to hope to keep your losses at a minimum though and go perfect in the postseason with a loss here or there depending on how you did during the regular season. Technically it's still possible for the Bulls, Heat and Thunder but Miami would have to go the remainder of the year and playoffs without losing two games and the Bulls and Thunder would have to go losing no more than two. So yeah...highly unlikely lol.
