The only new jerseys I just can not stand is the new Orlando ones. Most of the time teams upgrade to a better jersey, but Orlando downgraded. I hate them. They look so generic.

Re: WHAT\'S THE DEAL WITH JERSEYS THIS YEAR?
I agree. Teams need to stick with a look for longer than a year. Longer than 5 years even. They should find a look that the entire city/community/state likes and just stick with it. Teams need to grow an identity. They need to have a history.
Look at Boston and the Lakers. Those teams have barely changed thier uni's at all. Boston still has pretty much the same uni's since. . . god knows when. The Lakers changed only slightly in recent years, and it wasn't even that much at all. It was just to update their look. They have alternative whites for sunday home games, but that's it, and even then it still looks the same.
Now, I can understand some teams that change, like the Cavs. They want to start fresh, and change from their old ways of losing. They got something new in LeBron, so they wanted a new start.
But teams like Orlando that are changing just to change, I don't understand it.
Anyways, those are my thoughts on this.Comment

Re: WHAT\'S THE DEAL WITH JERSEYS THIS YEAR?
Here are some violators of the "too many jerseys" syndrome:
Sarcramento
Orlando
Cleveland
New York (not changed much major, but little changes about every 2 years it seems like)
Atlanta
Look at how many uniforms they've each had in the past 10 years.
